Our division, DHL Global Forwarding in its daily business takes care of a variety of customers' logistics needs, Import and Export (Air, Ocean and Land) including Customs as well, from standardized logistics operations and multi-modal transport solutions to highly individualized industrial projects.

We are currently looking for our **Ocean Freight Intern **at Apodaca, Nuevo León; with high knowledge and experience in multimodal transportation and supply chain.

**What will be your main goal in this position?**

Act as a point of contact for more than one client, offering a quality service through the end-to-end process for all maritime export shipments in FCL service.

**What will you do in this position?**

Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Take and conduct customer requirements (location and follow-up)
- Active participation and improvement on customer feedback through the NPA
- Follow up on the status of shipments in the export area, identifying incidents and ensuring their resolution, in conjunction with other areas
- Prepare, control and distribute export requirements and counterpart documentation in compliance with internal regulations and procedures.
- Review the responsibilities of the client, customs broker, carrier and shipping company to meet the final requirements.

**What can you bring to the position?**
- Transportation engineering, Bachelor's degree in international business, foreign trade, related or equivalent experience.
- **NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIERED**:

- Knowledge of the maritime consolidation process.
- Advanced English
- Microsoft Excel
