**The Role**
We are looking for a **Banking Account Services Sr Manager** to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will lead the development and execution of our strategy for new banking account services. He/She will play a pivotal role identifying growth opportunities, and driving competitive differentiation in the market. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the experiences we deliver to our customers.
**What **will I be doing?**
- Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances to enhance our capabilities and accelerate the development and adoption of new banking account services. Negotiate partnerships and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation. Benchmark performance against industry peers and develop strategies to maintain or gain competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across our banking product portfolio, Identify opportunities to maximize interest income, and cross-selling opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field;
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategic planning within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products or services, preferably in the banking sector
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and customer needs, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining a focus on outcomes and execution.
