As a Market Execution Senior Manager, you will assure a successful transition of stills categories included in Direct Distribution and Cross Dock with the Bottler´s scope of responsibility, while tracking the execution to assure a correct performance in Modern Trade. The impact of this role is significant, influencing the company's ability to compete effectively in the non-carbonated beverage segment and contributing to its overall success.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Ensure that the picture of success for the modern trade is communicated in an effective manner and results in an correct execution, on time and with the reach previously aligned.
- Following up to the KPI for the business (Volume, Share, Execution in POS, In/out Stock, Fill Rate) through the reports and tools.
- Identify the opportunities across the business (supply, logistic, execution, regional competitors) and generate action plans that can be evaluated for the correct forums.
- Ensure the harmony across the modern trade (national and regional KA) to ensure an effective execution across the market.
- Strong partnership with the bottler team to ensure the new WOW at modern trade for the portfolio, no matter its route to market.
- ** Focus**:

- **Consumer Engagement**: Work with the bottler to execute strategies (Picture of Success) to enhance consumer engagement at the point of sale.
- ** Brand Visibility**: Partner with the bottler to habilitate process that ensure that non-carbonated beverages are prominently displayed and easily accessible at various points of sale. This involves strategic placement and innovative display techniques to catch the consumer's eye and tracking of main logistic indicators to be reviewed in collaboration with KAMS and Bottlers.
- ** Promotional Activities**: Implement promotional activities delivered by CC&L picture of success thru the bottler capabilities that encourage trial and purchase of non-carbonated beverages. This could include tastings, limited-time offers, or bundled promotions.
- ** Modern Channel Execution**: Make sure execution in modern trade complies with retailers SLAs, work across with the bottler to improve all distribution in POS.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Execution, Market Development, Trade Marketing and Channel Strategy across the KO system
- Deep understanding about the market development role and modern trade
- Problem solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills, and a good working knowledge of digital solutions and machine learning models.
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills and cross-functional collaborative working standards.
- Ability to motivate, influence and build a good work environment with the bottler system within the different markets.
