Job DescriptionSales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team in the Mexico region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the Mexico region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), focused distributors, and end-users within the assigned sales territory.
  • Provide market intelligence to position Rego for growth and profit opportunities, including assessing market size and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, product management, operations, and other teams to prioritize customer needs and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • +5 years of experience in electrical sales, preferably in the LATAM market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Valid visa and ability to travel internationally.
Salary:

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated annual salary of $120,000, commensurate with experience.
