**Primary Purpose of Position**

This role is responsible of supporting and assuring effective execution during the production shift working closely with both operators and supervisor

Responsible to follow and accomplish specific KPIs of the areas of responsibility

This position also creates an onboarding environment to new hires, bringing support on all the specific needs a new employee on production floor may need, such as training, follow up of the progress and development

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
**During onboarding process**
- ** Follows up and trainer of new hires**:

- ** Validates and secure difusion on work instructions, SOPs, OPLs, procedures, etc through new people**:

- ** Regularly follows up on the Operators Skills Matrix and updates when required**:

- ** Keep a strict record on attendance to training and other specific activities**:

- ** Creates user accounts for new hires**

**Shift support**
- **Makes sure there is an effective switch from one shift to another**:

- ** Always prioritize safety over any other situation**:

- ** Control on people attendance, making sure to allocate resources wherever is needed**:

- ** Takes control over the changeovers of the lines in charge, follows up and assures process within specifications**:

- ** Follows up coverage of people during break and lunch**:

- ** Follows up on 5S activities, such as audits and records**:

- ** Follows up on QC activities, Infinity records, etc**:

- ** Provides technical support and/or makes sure the righ resources are on site**:

- **Audits on quality checks**

**Position Requirements**:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- High School or Technical Degree
- Job related experience for 4 to 6 years minimum on the similar position
- Agile and flexible, understanding industrial environment.
- Experience on technical side as high expert Operator, Technician, etc.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate and pay attention to details.
- Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge and skills.
- Communication. Ability to communicate effectively, write effectively, read, comprehend and follow complicated verbal and written instructions.
- Integrity and trust (ethics and values). Is widely trusted ; is seen as a direct, truthful individual; can present the unvarnished truth in a appropriate and helpful manner; keeps confidences; admits mistakes; doesn´t misrepresent him/herself for person gain.
