**Role Overview**:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth and success of ListenTrust. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting appointments for our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and pain points
  • Engage with prospects to educate them about our products/services and qualify their interest
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our sales executives with qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques

Work Conditions:**
Work Location: In person
Salary: $5,000.00 per week
