**What will you be doing?**

**Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00-16:30**
- Reviews and audits invoices entered by vendors and purchasers for accuracy; Reconciles vendor accounts and reporting for audit purposes
- Reconcile vendor statement in excel format using multiple sources
- Conduct calls with both vendors and operational teammates
- Follow-up with operations to action aged items
- Interacts directly with vendors and systems to troubleshoot invoice issues and seek direct resolution
- Prepares and processes accounts payable checks and electronic payments
- Research questions regarding accounts payable from vendors, operations personnel and others
- Electronically files and maintains paid accounts payable invoices
- Performs various other general accounts payable tasks as needed

**_ Who you are:_**
- Excellent English communication skills, using both oral and written.
- Advanced excel skills
- At least 6 months of backoffice experience
- Basic finace knowledge is a plus
