**Misión del Puesto**

Parte del equipo de CMGi (Consumer Market Growth Insights que tendrá la función de: coordinar proyectos y analizar la Data para facilitar las recomendaciones, estrategías pero sobretodo INSIGHTS para el CRECIMIENTO de los negocios.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:
1- Coordinar y Analizar el contenido de los Nielsen Business Reviews (bimestralmente) y los Panel Business Reviews (trimestralmente)

2- Coordinar a traves de información disponible (tendencias de consumo) o a traves de agencias (workshops de ideación y de gestión del portafolio), y siguiendo el proceso de Gestión de la innovación de "Runway" las oportunidades de innovación incremental para el portafolio existente de las marcas.

3- Analizar y coordinar a traves de los estudios de salud de marca las oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en en el Brand Funnel de las marcas

4. Analizar y coordinar oportunidades en la comunicación de las marcas que permita accionar y desarrollar la comunicación de acuerdo al objetivo de estrategia de las marcas

**Experiências Clave**:
1. Conocimiento en el desarrollo y manejo de herramientas de mercado: Nielsen, Kantr Panel.

2. Conocimiento en el desarrollo y manejo de herramientas de Comunicación

3. Conocimiento en el desarrollo y manejo de herramientas Salud de marca: Brand Health

4. Conocimiento en el desarrollo y manejo de herramientas de pruebas de producto: Innovación o mejora del desempeño actual

5. Inglés Avanzado

6. Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o afín

7. 3 a 4 años de experiência relevante en el área
