Strategic Insights Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the development of our global brands. As our Senior Consumer Insights Manager, you will uncover insights that transform consumer data into driving forces for innovation and market growth.
This role is an opportunity to impact strategy and ignite change at a pioneering, purpose-driven company. You will be responsible for driving the creation and implementation of consumer and market insights to inform strategic business decisions.
You will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover growth opportunities. You will partner with cross-functional teams, providing insights that will influence marketing, sales, and product innovation.
You will guide and develop a team of consumer insights professionals, fostering their growth and the impact of their work. You will deliver compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear strategies at executive levels.
You will champion innovation in our approaches to consumer insights, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry practices.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement consumer insights strategies to inform business decisions.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that influence marketing, sales, and product innovation.
- Lead and develop a team of consumer insights professionals.
- Deliver compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear strategies.
- Champion innovation in consumer insights approaches.
We are looking for a leader with a proven background in consumer and market insights or market research, with a focus on FMCG or Consumer Health. You should have exceptional analytical prowess and a knack for storytelling that turns data into compelling commercial narratives.
You should have effective leadership skills, with experience in managing and inspiring teams, cultivating a collaborative spirit. You should have strong presentation skills, capable of articulating insights to a variety of stakeholders with clarity and impact.
You should have strategic thinking, with experience in brand and category strategy, complemented by commercial acumen. You should have a flexible, dynamic approach, allowing you to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
