SOLICITAMOS

PROPERTY MANAGER

Escolaridad: Ingeniería/Licenciatura (preferentemente).

Experiência deseable: 2 años experiência mínimo previa, en puestos similares.

Zona de trabajo: Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo.

Objetivo:
Asegurar que los clientes obtengan un servicio de property management de calidad y buen trato coordinando el equipo de mantenimiento, limpieza y obra, asegurando al cliente la seguridad de que su unidad se encuentre en excelentes condiciones.

Actividades:

- Encargado de servicios de property management.
- Crear, organizar y calendarizar los servicios agendados en tiempo y forma.
- Supervisar la entrega de reportes de mantenimiento y limpieza.
- Canalizar las solicitudes interdepartamentalmente al área que corresponda para garantizar su cumplimiento.
- Dirigir las solicitudes a obra o post venta de acuerdo al canal adecuado.
- Administrará las póliza, garantías y servicios de la unidad asignada.
- Recepcionará equipos e instalaciones nuevas de la unidad.
- Realizará presupuestos de servicios adicionales de proveedores externos e internos.
- Entregar soportes al departamento contable de todos los servicios así como realización de reporte de cuentas mensuales a propietarios.
- Supervisar personal a cargo.
