**Objetivos**:

- Garantizar el funcionamiento adecuado de todos los sistemas de TI, p. Red, servidor, telecomunicaciones, hardware de cliente para respaldar un negocio en funcionamiento.
- Disponibilidad e integridad seguras de los datos
- Establecer TI y Políticas SGSI en toda la empresa
- Usuarios de soporte en DCMex y DCNA
- Mejorar la infraestructura de TI

**Responsabilidades**:

- Monitorear, mantener y proteger todos los sistemas de TI (especialmente en el contexto de la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y el rendimiento del sistema de TI capacidad)
- Evaluar y mejorar continuamente los sistemas de TI.
- Introducir nuevas tecnologías en la infraestructura y las aplicaciones de TI.
- Documentar los cambios en la infraestructura de TI de manera adecuada y revisarlos continuamente.
- Apoyar el proceso de copia de seguridad.
- Instalar, mantener y mejorar el sistema telefónico.

- Servidores virtuales (VMWare) / Citrix XenServer
- Sistemas operativos
- Instalación de hardware y software de TI
- Sistemas servidor/cliente
