We are looking for a talent for the Agency Operation Manager position. As part of the Marketing Network Operations & Capability team, this manager will support the orchestration of the relationship between LAOU Agency ecosystem (WPP, Strategic Roster, and Boutique agencies) and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will play an essential part of ensuring smooth collaboration, implementing and improving process involving OpenX & StudioX and TCCC, onboarding of new marketers and acting as one of main key contact with StudioX, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams. Your contributions will be valuable to collaborate with the definition of agency scope of work, budget management for creative and productions & development agency fees, and supporting Procurement in commercial negotiations,, and remuneration models.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting and improvements in OpenX ways of working & issues resolutions
- Contribute to create a health relationship with the agencies.
- Lead the OU work traffic control by tracking volume & type of projects. Set governance and cadence to collect the data.
- Support Marketing Procurement on commercials as needed.
- Work with WPP and Finance teams for PO and Invoice tracking
- Support the Open-source model operation.
- Facilitate communication between marketers & marketing agencies partners.
- Guide marketers and agencies on project-related processes
- Support StudioX implementation and performance
- Collaborate with the global agencies evaluation process

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in multifunctional system teams
- Cross-functional and cross-geographical team experience preferred
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in process design and execution
- Experience in change management and culture transformation
- Experience working with management tools such as Azure Devops, Kanbanize or Jira and Powe BI
- Agile certifications - preferably in Kanban

Communication Focus:

- Communicate internally across OU Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Platform Services
- Support alignment of senior leaders across the OU and OpenX team at WPP
- Collaboration on work visibility and good practices reports across the Global Marketing community

**Location**:

- Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget relocation not approved for this role.
