**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:
- Europaweite Technische Unterstützung mit Schwerpunkt auf kollaborative Roboterprodukte von FANUC
- Applikations
- und Softwaretests sowie Machbarkeits
- und Konfigurationsprüfungen in unserem Labor oder mit Simulationssoftware
- 3rd Level Support bei der Fehlersuche und -behebung per E-Mail, Telefon oder vor Ort
- Kontakt zu den Entwicklern in Japan, um technische Supportthemen zu besprechen und neue Produktentwicklungen in Europa einzuführen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops
**Ihr Profil**:
- Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Aus
- oder Weiterbildung
- Erfahrung in der Automatisierung, vorzugsweise in der Integration von Robotern von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung mit kollaborativen Robotern oder mobile Robotik sind wünschenswert
- Verständnis von Sicherheitsthemen bei Robotern (ISO10218, ISO TS 15066)
- Analytisches, strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Europaweite Reisetätigkeit (< 30%)
