**Job Description**:
- Potentialize Zoho (new features) to become a one-stop platform- Guarantee that Zoho is up to date for both the commercial and Sales Ops- Define processes and playbooks of Zoho- Ensure all workflows in Zoho are configured and running properly- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new features in Zoho- Knowledge of Zoho, CRMs, and other productivity tools- Ability to define processes and playbooks- Experience with internal technology initiatives- Expertise in implementing and maintaining new tools- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong organizational and project management skills
