Como Coordinador de Capacitación, será responsable de formar y desarrollar equipos, asegurando su cohesión y crecimiento. Deberá facilitar la comunicación abierta y resolver cualquier conflicto que pueda surgir.
Además, tendrá que diseñar e implementar programas de capacitación para empleados, coordinar cursos y asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las disposiciones legales relacionadas con la capacitación, como la elaboración de formatos DC-1, DC-3 y DC-4.
También estarás encargado de coordinar la comunicación interna y externa de la empresa, manteniendo la imagen corporativa y asegurando la correcta difusión de la información a través de los medios internos.
Supervisarás la realización de cursos y la actualización de descripciones de puesto, asegurando que todos
los empleados reciban su programa de capacitación desde el primer día. Además de asegurar la aplicación sistemática de la filosofía empresarial y la satisfacción del cliente.
Experiência y requisitos
- Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional, Recursos Humanos o áreas afines.
- 5 años de experiência en puestos similares
- Experiência previa en roles de liderazgo, gestión de proyectos o desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa.
- Capacidad para manejar conflictos y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
