Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that employee documentation is complete and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing personnel movements and incidents in the TRESS system;
  • Orienting new staff members and facilitating their integration into the team;
  • Coordinating payroll card assignments and calculating weekly payroll;
  • Managing resignations, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating transitions;
  • Facilitating salary increases and modifications through the IMSS portal;
  • Coodinating recreation and coexistence activities among employees;

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software;

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
