We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, to manage and develop our talent within the organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, including talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to senior leaders and managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to improve performance.
  • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels to promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
