Join the K Family as Team Leader. You will ensure safe and efficient compliance with the production plan per shift while reaching the four key metrics of EHS, QFS, Cost and Service through a proper coordination with their team members of the assigned line and efficient communication with the maintenance resources. Along with the administrative team or service areas, this person manages the line’s needs.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **
Revision Meetings**: Leads daily revision meetings per shift to review the team performance indicators and updates the indicators board of the corresponding platform
- ** Analysis & Solutions**: Coordinates root cause analysis and implements the actions along with the resource and maintenance technician on shift
- ** Accurate Reporting**: Reports work-related information from the personnel to the line leader (absences, conflicts, special needs) also, participates in technical training and training programs to strengthen leadership competencies
- ** Monitoring**: Responsible for monitoring the compliance with the operation, safety and quality standards also Supports the shift personnel in case of personnel incidents

- Abilities: Effective communication, initiative, committed, collaborative, focused on results and proactive
- Knowledge: Office (Word and Power Point), productive and technical processes of their assigned line
- Experience: Production process, indicators, decision making, tools for continuous improvement
