**Business Intelligence Analyst**

UnDosTres is the leader in the mobile payments space in Mexico. Our app, the first in the country, allows users anywhere to conduct their business on the phone with a single click, such as paying bills, buying movie tickets, and topping up prepaid phones. The app is fully integrated to allow card (debit/credit), PayPal, SPEI or cash payments.
- **Job Description**_

We are looking for a talented **Business Intelligence Analyst **to join our BI team. The focus of this position will be to help analyze and solve business problems for UnDosTres.

The work involves the creation of models and algorithms to help tackle specific business problems, as well as the design and implementation of these models so that they can be put into production. This requires a good level of proficiency in data analysis and programming tools, as well as a critical and analytical mindset.
- **Roles And Responsibilities**:_
- Understand data and use it to solve business problems.
- Generate insights that add value to the business.
- Design and implement models and algorithms to help tackle specific business problems.
- Collaborate closely with other areas to assist the company in making data-driven decisions.
- Create and automate robust processes to deliver quick and accurate results.
- **Special Knowledge Needed For The Position**:_
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.
- High proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, & Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of OOP with Python.
- Knowledge of Git is a big plus.
- Knowledge of web scraping tools with Python is a big plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
- Experience with REST APIs is a plus.
- Interest in Machine Learning modeling is a plus.
- Ability for self-learning and entering new domains.
- Analytic and creative profile.
- Passion for solving problems, as well as reevaluating or reformulating them.
- Ability to work independently on a variety of projects.
