**Overview**

This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the Director of Strategy and Business Development.

**As the Strategy & Business Development Manager you will...**
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Explore and build excitement internally around new growth paths and business verticals that complement and boost our core business.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, financial institutions, and government organizations to enhance our market presence and drive growth.
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to support decision-making and improve business performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new product offerings tailored to the unique needs of our target customers in emerging markets.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management, and support the execution of key initiatives.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a top-tier consulting firm and 1 year in a startup environment
- Ability to analyze the market and spot opportunities for growth, with or without prior fintech industry experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Spanish and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive for results and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
