Desarrolladora de Residenciales Turísticos/Second home con presencia en los principales destinos turísticos de México está en búsqueda de **Head Commercial** para la venta de Residenciales de Lujo en Baja California Sur.
- Indispensable experiência en venta de desarrollos de Lujo, High End, Residenciales Plus, AAA, Alto nível.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura concluida
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en la venta de proyectos de alto nível, residencial de lujo, second home
- Conocimiento en Marketing Digital
- Inglés avanzado (mercado objetivo, Sur de California y Texas)

**Responsabilidades**:

- Encargado de todo el ciclo de venta desde la prospección hasta el cierre, participando de manera directa en las actividades de búsqueda, promoción, negociación y cierre de ventas.
- Desarrollo y supervisión de estrategias comerciales y mercadológica efectivas para promover y vender los Proyectos Inmobiliarios, identificando oportunidades de mercado, definiendo objetivos comerciales y diseñando planes para alcanzarlos.
- Supervisar a las agencias y equipo de ventas externos asegurando que se implementen estrategias efectivas para alcanzar dichas metas.
- Construir y mantener relaciones directas con los clientes; así como establecer una comunicación efectiva para comprender las necesidades y expectativas.
- Realizar un análisis continuo del mercado inmobiliario para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y competidores. Monitorear el mercado, analizar datos y utilizar información relevante para tomar decisiones informadas sobre estrategias de posicionamiento y segmentación de mercado.
- Gestionar el equipo externo de brokers.
- Establecer programas de on boarding para la fuerza de venta y para los brokers.
- Trabajar de manera colaborativa con el equipo de marketing externo para diseñar estrategias de promoción y publicidad efectivas. Esto puede incluir el desarrollo de contenidos, campañas publicitarias, presencia en redes sociales.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos, como el equipo de desarrollo de proyectos, finanzas y el departamento jurídico, compartiendo información relevante y garantizar una alineación interna adecuada.

Zona: Todo Santos, Baja California Sur

Horario: lunes a viernes 9:00 a 5:00 p.m.

Sueldo: $80,000 a $100,000 neto mensual
