**Job Summary**

Under the immediate direction of the Finance and Admin Manager, this 6-month, temporary position is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to Mycronic. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, and plays an important role in ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for our customers, clients, and other visitors. The position requires the ability to be able to handle a variety of tasks in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acts as a point of contact for internal and external clients
- Sends administrative workpapers to customers and suppliers
- Handles administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Develops and maintains a filing system
- Fulfills forms for customer and supplier registration
- Answers colleagues phone calls and assists as needed
- Distributes information among colleagues and managers
- Assists in the preparation of exporting workpapers and documents
- Office Supply Management; maintains adequate supply levels and ensures best pricing
- Books travel arrangements as needed
- Exports packaging and wrapping for delivery workpapers (labels, invoices and packing lists printing in envelopes or boxes)
- Coordinates meeting and takes detailed notes
- Controls expenses i.e. car expenses etc.
- Prepares and controls payment/payroll calendar
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to the performance of functions and software related to the administrative processes of Mycronic

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Proficient in English
- One year of related experience and/or training related to office administration
- Responsible and reliable
- Previous knowledge of filing management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong time-management skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Standard office environment. Significant computer work should be expected.
