**Job Summary**:
As a Personal Assistant in our educational organization, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the Director, facilitating the efficient operation of administrative processes within the academic setting. This position requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting the educational mission.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Calendar and Schedule Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the academic calendar, including meetings, events, and deadlines.
**Communication and Correspondence**:
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support for academic tutors and department heads.
**Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Understanding of academic processes and the educational environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic educational setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $130.57 per hour
