(Cen) HR Evolution Advisor

As an HR Evolution Advisor, your main responsibility will be to coordinate the transition, stabilization and evolution resulting from the transformative global effort of human resources enabling processes and technology designed to improve HR operations and support the organization's overall business goals.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Covering HR Processes (lead): Recruitment & Onboarding, Comp & Ben, WF Admin & Reporting,
- Coordinating with GES HR Processes in scope: Helpdesk, Payroll
- Managing a global backlog of activities to reach process stabilization and continuous improvement
- Analyzing and reporting on product performance metrics, such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Establishing and implement a KPI model to monitor process performance and identify opportunities
- Establishing and implement a governance model to effectively prioritize and manage issues and enhancements and Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, and technical feasibility under such governance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, to define requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Overseeing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring product quality, usability, and scalability.
- Resolving HR challenges arising from the execution of the operational processes
- Managing HR transformation project budget
- Preparing and presenting progress reports

- Desired previous experience in: Human Resources, Backoffice Processes, process redesign, agile methodologies, data & analytics, global project management, automation & digitization.
