Planificar la ejecución del día a día y el soporte técnico para la introducción de procesos para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y fabricación existente. Apoye los esfuerzos para mejorar constantemente la calidad de los productos y procesos. AME (Ingeniería de fabricación avanzada) es reconocida como un líder clave en tecnología de fabricación dentro de su organización.

**Lo que harás**:

- Impulse la mejora de la calidad del producto mediante la identificación de problemas de fabricación, el desarrollo de soluciones rentables de fabricación avanzadas y la supervisión de la implementación exitosa en la producción.
- Trabajar con el liderazgo de fabricación para identificar y resolver problemas de fabricación y calidad relacionados con métodos, procesos, herramientas, equipos y diseño de productos.
- Participar en el enfoque temprano sobre la capacidad de fabricación en programas de NPI y / o tecnología avanzada. Impulsar el rigor en la evaluación de la capacidad del proceso, el diseño del proceso, el desarrollo de herramientas y equipos y la ejecución de la transferencia del diseño del SGC
- Comprender claramente los procesos existentes para brindar soporte a la hoja de ruta de la tecnología de procesos de fabricación.
- Apoyar y ejecutar iniciativas de AME con un amplio impacto comercial y asegurarse de compartir las mejores prácticas en toda la cadena de suministro global.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo a través de Calificación y Validación. Responsable de asegurar el rigor en la determinación de los procesos que requieren validación, desarrollo de planes y criterios de análisis, ejecución y análisis final y aceptación.

**Lo que necesitas tener**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Biomédica o título afín. Concluida o por concluir.
- 1-2 años de experiência en producción, ingeniería, fabricación, cadena de suministro o diseño.
- Inglés conversacional indispensable
- Sentido de proactividad y enfoque a la ejecución.
