**Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing**:
The Modern Trade Franchise Director - North Region leads a growth agenda within the region, aligning the local and regional strategies and collaborates on plans with the “Bottler”, regarding Modern Trade. This person manages the day-to-day Channel Strategy to ensure business results in the assigned territory while leading strategic, operational and commercial projects involving the franchisees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate the company’s strategies and the Business Plans to be implemented on Bottler territories by Channel, working in multifunctional teams.
- Analyze Bottler´s Market situation in order to find issues and opportunities aiming at Company's goals achievements, analyzing sales volume, Nielsen and pricing reports in order to assist decisions based on facts, reinforcing opportunities to be address both in the long and short term
- Align and manage the Market Execution direct marketing investment by activity with the Bottler by project and strategy. Negotiating execution activities with the new network organization.
- Work closely with the bottler to improve internal processes in order to maximize speed and effectiveness of Company's response to changing market conditions and enhance System Capabilities.
- Deeply Understand of Modern Trade needs and Dynamic in order to address the edge of this channel. Also deep knowledge Customers' needs, in order to guarantee best strategies to address main opportunities.
- Develop Immediate & Future Consumption plans across all categories to increase volume, change package mix and generate more profitability to company system business analyzing issues by packages and developing activities focusing trade, sales team and consumers.
- Manage implementation and track results, on all channels but mainly in Modern Trade with the Bottler, appraising execution, analyzing tracking reports and communicating results to the company system.

**General Requirements**:

- +10 to 15 years within the Coca Cola System or within the industry
- Required Marketing and Commercial experience
- Required Modern Trade Operational knowledge
- Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (modern, traditional and on-premise channels) data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track of leadership and setting the agenda
