**The Role**:
The Sales and Inventory role is to handle wholesale allocation, sales updates and scheduling within the market area.

**Your Impact**:

- Allocation _
- Conduct wholesale and manage post wholesale communication
- Manage tracking and tracing of produced vehicles
- Manage Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) performance
- Drive Sales Velocity Analysis (SVA) and manage aged inventory
- Sales _
- Provide regional sales updates and provide sales close support
- Deliver monthly Regional 2A6 objective
- Lead development of sales estimates
- Assist in communicating vehicle line and program-specific initiatives to drive dealer action
- Regional sales updates
- Scheduling _
- Order Bank maintenance
- Facilitate Priority scheduling
- Own Specialty vehicles order collection
- Commodity management
- Understand and communicate SIMS Orders (company entered orders), Dealer entered orders, and consult on actions to improve scheduling of orders on a weekly basis using provided commodity and constraint reports
- Assist in securing early build units (MP1) from dealers to support the system/plant fill at the beginning of a Model Year
- Download, consolidate, and interpret sales and scheduling reports from IA Online
- Communicate needed spec changes on orders needing amendment before being scheduled for production
- Support Ramp Holds / Divert / Rebills both Regions and Network Development

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor of Administration, International Business, Industrial or Related.
- 3+ years of experience in regional sales updates, sales and inventory
- Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)
- Negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with accuracy under pressures of time and workload
- Customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Alteryx.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, Good Listener, Team Player, Smart Work Ethic
- Own Working Together and Deliver Results
