**Tu misión en Alegra**:
Tu misión será liderar un equipo de ventas outbound en México, reportando directamente al Outbound Manager. Este rol implica dirigir y motivar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos, garantizando la calidad y eficiencia en las actividades de generación de leads y cierre.

**¿Cuáles serán tus retos?**:

- Liderar y supervisar el equipo de la versión asignada, asegurando un alto nível de desempeño y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Dirigir la estrategia de ventas, cross/up selling y toda estrategia que se convierta en nuevos logos.
- Coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo, asignación de llamadas, ausencias y horarios.
- Brindar apoyo y orientación al equipo, ofrecer entrenamiento continuo, retroalimentación directa y fomentar el desarrollo del mismo
- Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño individual, tasa de conversión, cierres diarios/semanales/mensuales
- Analizar métricas y KPIs de su equipo, identificar oportunidades, tendencias y acciones correctivas o de mejor
- Promover una cultura de excelencia comercial, enfoque en datos y dignificación del rol comercial
- Agendar y ejecutar los 1-1 con los representantes de equipo
- Agendar y promover las reuniones Daily enfocadas en resultado
- Asistir a reuniones semanales con Outbound Manager para análisis de datos individuales, grupales y oportunidades de mejora
- Identificar oportunidades de la versión con todos los stakeholders que se requiera
- Gestión administrativa del equipo, vacaciones, descansos, compensatorios, etc.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**:

- Experiência mínima de 2 años en roles de liderazgo en un entorno de centro de contacto, equipos comerciales o servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en canales inbound.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en roles de ventas.
- Residencia en México (deseable Ciudad de México y Monterrey).
- Comprender los aspectos operativos, tecnológicos y de gestión de venta por canales de voz, incluyendo marcación predictiva, demarcaciones, gestión de bases de datos, canales complementarios.
- Habilidades demostradas en la gestión de equipos, incluida la capacidad para motivar, capacitar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo.
- Habilidades analíticas.
- Ser empático y transmitir confianza.
- Capacidad de dar y recibir feedback de manera adecuada.
