We are hiring a
** Client Experiences Travel Specialist **toexecute all travel logistics for the North America strategic client experiences. Your role is to take broad, strategic objectives and translate them into a white glove travel experience via air, train, and ground transportation.

**What You Will Be Doing**

You will function as lead contact for such experiences. This development will involve strong communication and heavy coordination with the greater Steelcase sales network (Strategic Consultants, field sales, channel partners, and Steelcase Travel Team). As appropriate, will participate in internal process improvement teams and work on other sales-related tasks and projects. This will also include the coordination of our Retiree Driver program at Steelcase, which serves as our primary method of ground transportation for our Grand Rapids customer experience. We are seeking a talented and experienced Travel Advisor based in Mexico to join our team and help our clients based in the USA.

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Advanced English is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience booking commercial travels, and in the related industry.
- Customer service attitude is a must.
- Proven experience as a travel advisor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the US travel industry

**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Experience with GDS (SABRE) or similar travel booking platform.
- Flexible with strong listening and communication skills.
- Understands and supports customer’s critical business issues to create memorable, relevant, and flawless customer experiences.
- Able to effectively juggle and problem solve multiple events involving diverse dealers, customers, vendors, and locations.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and willing to accept responsibility for results.
- Self-starter committed to excellence, accuracy in work, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to be flexible and adaptable with a smile when events/schedules change without notice.
- Demonstrates passion and commitment to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Team player, proactive and pleasant demeanor
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal inquires and requests, and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process (which could be outside of normal business hours)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
