Especialista de Costos
Analizar y cotizar cambios de ingeniería en los arneses automotrices basado en los requerimientos del cliente y el modelo de costeo establecido para determinar el precio de venta y asegurar la rentabilidad para la compañía.
**Responsabilidades del puesto**:
1) Interpretar las especificaciones de diseño del cliente para poder analizar correctamente los cambios de ingeniería.
2) Interpretar dibujos y diagramas de manufactura para poder identificar los materiales afectados.
3) Aplicar el modelo de cotización establecido para cada cliente para asegurar la calidad de las cotizaciones.
4) Analizar e identificar los materiales afectados de acuerdo al cambio de diseño del producto requerido por el cliente.
5) Calcular y desglosar los materiales afectados según sea necesario para el proceso especifico del cliente afectado.
6) Identificar todos los procesos de manufactura afectados con el fin de establecer una base solida para la cotización.
7) Calcular el impacto del cambio de ingeniería en base a los parámetros de precio, costo y mano de obra aplicables al material afectado.
8) Llevar registro y control de las solicitudes de costeo recibidas para poder dar un servicio oportuno a nuestros clientes.
9) Interactuar con las áreas de Ventas e Ingeniería para solucionar los problemas que se presenten con las cotizaciones abiertas.
10) Llenar los formularios definidos para los métricos del área a fin de mantener o mejorar el servicio brindado a nuestros clientes.
**Requerimientos**:
Estudios de ingeniería o experiência equivalente
Idioma Inglés - Nível B1 o B2 (Capaz de participar activamente en juntas de trabajo con personal de Estados Unidos).
Dominio a nível intermedio de Microsoft Excel.
Trabajo en equipo.
Toma de decisiones.
