- Optimiza la gestión de materiales y productos terminados involucrando el control de materiales, el servicio al cliente, las compras, el envío / recepción y el control de inventario.
- RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES:

- Responsable de dirigir las actividades del personal encargado de compras, control de materiales, atención al cliente, control de inventarios y envío y recepción de materiales.
- Cumplir con la Política de Seguridad.
- ACTIVIDADES:

- Asegurar un ambiente de 0 accidentes
- Realice una revisión mensual de la producción de carga nívelada de la planta.
- Definir, establecer, mantener y revisar los sistemas Kanban para Materias Primas (RM), Trabajo en Proceso (WIP) y Productos Terminados (FG).
- Coordinar la ejecución de inventarios precisos.
- Mantener el 98% de cumplimiento diario de OTIF de los requisitos del cliente y las piezas de servicio.
- Interfaz con los requisitos del cliente y del proveedor basada en una mejora continua de los métodos síncronos.
- Aplique el proceso de flujo de materiales para garantizar un proceso de reabastecimiento exitoso
- Estrategia de flujo de materiales de almacén y diseño
- Asigne un representante del departamento como miembro del comité de EMS.
- Trabajar continuamente para mejorar la entrega en las reducciones de tiempo.
- Preparar a los subordinados para el futuro mejorando activamente sus conocimientos a través de la formación, el liderazgo con el ejemplo y las líneas de comunicación abiertas.
- Participación activa en proyectos de Mejora Continua y reducción de costes.
- Participación activa en la resolución de problemas.
- Asegurarse de que las actividades y el proceso del departamento
- de aduanas se sigan de acuerdo con las reglas del SAT
- Mantener certificaciones como AAA, IMMEX, OEA, IVA/IEPS
- Actuar para ejemplificar la política de calidad y medio ambiente y los principios de liderazgo.
- Mejorar continuamente los procesos del Departamento de Materiales.
- Alcanzar y mantener los níveles de valor de inventario en función del presupuesto
- Mantener los equipos e insumos del lugar de trabajo en estado de orden, limpieza y buen estado.
- Recibir y aprobar solicitudes de compra basadas en las reglas y el proceso de adquisición
- Administrar el presupuesto del departamento.
- Participación directa en el Sistema de Lean Manufacturing / Level Loading.
- Asegurar el 100/% de soporte en el equipo de Job Launch.
- Controla los costos dentro de los níveles deseados.
- Responsable de la elaboración y mantenimiento de los Procedimientos y formularios del Departamento.
- Trabajar para lograr continuamente los mejores precios en los componentes comprados, las materias primas y los servicios de transporte.
- Actúa para ejemplificar la Política de Seguridad, la Calidad y los Principios de Liderazgo.
- Seguimiento de QPS del departamento.
- Interfaz con el Departamento de Logística para determinar las necesidades de transporte (Acarreo y Envío)
- Planificar y ejecutar los requisitos de transporte de la empresa
- Asegurar los puntos de employee value que se determinen anualmente
- Otras tareas o responsabilidades asignadas
- REQUISITOS DE CONOCIMIENTO TECNICOS Y HABILIDADES:

- Conocimiento de las técnicas JIT (Just in Time) / fabricación síncrona.
- Sistemas de inventario.
- Habilidades de gestión de personal.
- Experiência Kanban.
- Prácticas de liderazgo positivo. (Actuar como mentor).
- Capacidad para capacitar, supervisar y evaluar el desempeño de los subordinados.
- Competencia en el uso de computadoras, software y redes.
- Habilidades organizativas sobresalientes.
- Bilingüe 100%.
- ESCOLARIDAD REQUERIDA:

- Carrera Profesional - Ingenieria, Sistemas, Administración o equivalente.
- EXPERIENCIA LABORAL:

- 8 años en las Areas de Planeación, Compras, Programación, Almacen, Bodega, Inventarios, Embarques, Servicio a Clientes y Logistica.
