**Requisitos**:
- Experiência y conocimiento comprobable en importaciones y exportaciones aéreas. (Sector FF)
- Manejo de carga aerea.
- Experiência en servicios 3PL.
- Experiência como líder de equipos de ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de la logística internacional.
- Conocimiento profundo en operaciones de transporte de carga aérea, dinámica del mercado y tendencias del sector.
- Habiliades de negociación, liderazgo y comunicación.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos con resposabilidades similares.
- Licenciatura concluída.
- Inglés intermedio
- avanzado conversacional.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Dirigir y gestionar un equipo de ejecutivos de cuentas centrados en los servicios de transporte aéreo de mercancías.
- Guiar y orientar al equipo para mejorar sus habilidades de venta y rendimiento.
- Desarrollar y aplicar planes de ventas estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos y crecimiento en el sector del transporte aéreo de mercancías.
- Colaborar con los diferentes equipos y Dirección con el fin de cumplir los objetivos
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado, las actividades de la competencia y las necesidades de los clientes para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:
- Horario: De lunes a viernes de 7:50 am a 17:00 pm (presencial, 1 hora de comida incluida).
