**Descripción del puesto**:
Estamos buscando un Project Manager altamente organizado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol crucial será el encargado de supervisar y dirigir todos los proyectos, asegurando su ejecución impecable y el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos establecidos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, desde la planificación hasta la implementación y el cierre.
- Realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo de cada proyecto, asegurando la asignación adecuada de recursos, el cumplimiento de los plazos y la calidad de los entregables.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el cliente para comprender sus necesidades y expectativas, y actuar como su punto de contacto principal durante todo el proyecto.
- Identificar posibles problemas o desviaciones en el desarrollo del proyecto y proponer soluciones efectivas para superarlos.
- Coordinar y supervisar a los equipos de trabajo, incluyendo especialistas técnicos y consultores, para asegurar una ejecución sin contratiempos.
- Evaluar y gestionar los riesgos y cambios del proyecto, y ajustar los planes según sea necesario.
- Realizar informes periódicos sobre el progreso del proyecto, comunicando de manera efectiva los hitos alcanzados y los desafíos encontrados a los stakeholders relevantes.
- Conocer y tener experiência en el esquema de compensación, asegurando su correcta implementación y administración.
- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos relacionados con ERP's, preferentemente en el entorno SAP.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada como Project Manager, preferiblemente en el campo de soluciones empresariales y proyectos de ERP's.
- Conocimiento y experiência en el esquema de compensación.
- Fuerte capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo, capaz de priorizar tareas y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, con la capacidad de interactuar efectivamente con clientes y equipos internos.
- Orientado a resultados, capaz de identificar y resolver problemas de manera proactiva.
- Conocimientos sólidos de metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos son altamente valoradas, especialmente aquellas relacionadas con ERP's y SAP.

**Ofrecemos**: Sueldo competitivo, prestaciones de ley

Salario: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas

Prestaciones:

- Opción a contrato indefinido
