IS Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- IS Technology: On assignment and request identifies, proposes, advises, and implements existing IS security technology in the context of IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and - if senior - guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing security technology and business requirements.
- IS Solutions: On assignment is involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS solutions/services.
- IS Services: Is consulted, gives advice, and supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required security, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality.
- Processes: Proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services security requirements.
- Governance: For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification.
- ABB IS Strategy: Monitor or consults and gives advice to ensure others comply with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture.
- People leadership and development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related qualification, and/or proven capability through past employment experience.
- At least 5 years of IS security technology experience within the relevant IS domain and RISK Assessment Profound IS security technology knowledge combined with good understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact.
- Excellent experience in objectively evaluating IS solutions and infrastructure security risks and making recommendations Proven experience in performing risk assessments taking into consideration a balance between potential risk impact and best practices.
- Proven experience in conducting assessment and translating assessment results based on multiple industry standards and frameworks such as: SOC1, SOC2, ISO2700x, NIST, COBIT.
- Professional certification required (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP etc.)
- Fluent English and good communication skills.
- Management / Leadership experience.
