_**Wells Manufacturera de México, S.A. de C.V. Dedicated to the manufacture of Automotive Parts for the ignition system and with a presence in Reynosa for more than 30 years, it’s looking for talent for the following position**:_
- **Continuous Improvement Manager**_

**Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation or related field.

Ø A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in automotive products.

Ø Excellent communications skills and bilingual.

Ø Black Belt/Green Belt certification preferably.

Ø Experience with Lean Manufacturing Tools; (Kaizen, 5s, SMED, VSM, Kanban)

Ø Personnel management and problem solving, project management and budget.

Ø Focus on results with systemic thinking.

Ø Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Comply with the Management Systems Policies

Ø Take preventive, corrective and improvement actions.

Ø Generate continuous improvement plans through the organization.

Ø Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve Manufacturing processes.

Ø Generate problem solving teams and Lean Manufacturing teams.

Ø Developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Ø Coordinate meetings at all levels to develop continuous improvement projects.

Ø Define and update production goals of manufacturing.

Ø Verify compliance with the actions carried out in each Lean event to ensure the implementation of the improvement ideas defined and approved by the work team.

Ø Promote the identification, documentation, and replication of best practices.

Ø Manage and optimize the use of machinery, processes and personnel that impact the cost roll, standard cost, and cost of operation.

Ø Coordinate the training and workshops that are required to achieve the objectives of the plant on the performance of the Lean program.

Ø Develop and implement automation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and lead projects to optimize processes, systems, and procedures.

Ø Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve processes and workflows throughout the organization.

Ø Manage budget and resources assigned to the automation and continuous improvement projects.

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to support automation initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Ø Coordinate strategic planning sessions to identify projects.

Ø Create an annual kaizen calendar and report the execution.

Ø Promote techniques and lean tools by training others and coaching.
