THE WORK
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design scalable backend solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and quality of our software.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Design and maintain database schemas, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our backend architecture.

NEEDED EXPERTISE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with test-driven development and testing frameworks like Vitest and Jest.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Docker, and serverless technologies.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
