We are hiring a **Retail - Order Fulfillment **Consultant** to be the Primary business consultant between Steelcase NA and retail channels as well as other eBusiness platforms.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Manages the assigned accounts through the order fulfillment process from receipt of order to final installation and has responsibility for customer complaint resolution.
- Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.
- Project management. - Owns the decision making for OF processes when onboarding new businesses/Retailers
- Proactively provide Operations Performance data to the WFH Category to collaborate to create actions and resolution of the problems.
- Run regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed to provide business visibility.
- Create process documentation and stand operating procedures as needed to meet channel development requirements.

**Who You Are**:
You are a consultant that understands the health and well-being of the customers through performance measures and plays the role of the customer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business and related fields
- Advanced English level
- +2 years of experience in a similar position or within the operations department
- Experience working with an ERP

- Ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal and able to organize thoughts and information before sharing, solid negotiating ability.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Project management
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide sound solutions to complex business issues
- Display the ability to adapt based on work conditions and management of various time sensitive tasks.
