Estamos contratando **Enterprise Account Managers** **para Ciudad de México, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Monterrey y otras ciudades en México.
**El rol**:
El rol **Enterprise Account Manager** será responsable de administrar las actividades de desarrollo comercial para grandes empresas o segmentos de mercado específicos que conduzcan a la expansión y crecimiento de la compañía. La persona ideal maneja proyectos estratégicos con clientes que tienen un alto conocimiento técnico y procesos de alta complejidad.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Identificar, negociar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de ventas para cumplir y superar las cuotas de ventas e ingresos establecidas.
- Proporciona planes y estrategias de cuentas integrales para ganar nuevos negocios a partir de cuentas nuevas y / o existentes.
- Prospectar clientes y determinar asertivamente las necesidades para presentar soluciones que logren el cierre de la venta.
- Proporcionar un pronóstico preciso y detallado de las oportunidades identificadas y propuestas para cumplir o superar los requisitos de la cuota de ventas.
- Fomentar las buenas relaciones interpersonales y actuar como punto de contacto entre la empresa y los clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Proporcionar información a la dirección de ventas sobre las tendencias y los cambios que tienen lugar dentro de la organización del cliente, y hacer recomendaciones sobre los futuros cursos de acción necesarios en la empresa para mejorar su posición con el cliente.
- Representar a la empresa en eventos comerciales y conferencias de negocios.
- Realizar actividades de mejoras en el proceso de su área según se requieran.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y reglamentos de los sistemas de la empresa, así como asegurar el seguimiento a las regulaciones Federales, Estatales y Locales como las del Corporativo de Transtelco.
**Requisitos**:
- Contar con una Carrera Profesional.
- Experiência de más de 5 años en ventas en el ramo de las telecomunicaciones.
- Conocimiento y comprensión del panorama competitivo de la industria de las telecomunicaciones.
- Habilidad de manejar cuentas corporativas en diferentes localidades.
- Experiência en manejo de cuentas en un software CRM.
- Habilidades comunicativas, escritas y de presentación formal, así como la competencia para cerrar ventas.
- Proactivo, orientado a resultados, buena actitud de servicio y habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidad de planear y presupuestar ventas.
- Dominio de idioma inglés en un 80%.
