Propósito del trabajo:
El Gerente de Control de Calidad es responsable de desarrollar e implementar un sistema de gestión de calidad para garantizar que los productos y servicios cumplan con los estándares de la industria y los requisitos del cliente. Este puesto está diseñado para mejorar la calidad de los productos de la empresa y la satisfacción del cliente a través de medidas efectivas de seguimiento y mejora de la calidad.
Responsabilidades principales:
Sistema de gestión de calidad:
Diseñar, implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa para garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y estándares relevantes (como ISO, etc.).
Las políticas y procedimientos de calidad se revisan y actualizan periódicamente para reflejar las mejores prácticas de la industria.
Control de calidad:
Supervisar las actividades de control de calidad durante los procesos de producción y servicio para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
Realice auditorías de calidad periódicas para identificar posibles problemas y tomar medidas correctivas.
Análisis de datos:
Recopile y analice datos de calidad, evalúe el desempeño de la calidad y desarrolle planes de mejora.
Utilice herramientas y métodos estadísticos para monitorear las tendencias de calidad y hacer recomendaciones para mejoras.
Gestión de equipos:
Liderar el equipo de control de calidad, establecer metas de trabajo e indicadores de desempeño y evaluar el desempeño del equipo.
Proporcionar formación y orientación para mejorar la conciencia y las habilidades de calidad de los miembros del equipo.
Gestión de comentarios de clientes:
Manejar las quejas de los clientes y los problemas de calidad para garantizar una respuesta y resolución oportunas.
Mantener la comunicación con los clientes y obtener retroalimentación para mejorar la calidad del producto y servicio.
Experiência y requisitos
Requisitos del trabajo:
Formación académica: Licenciatura o superior en ingeniería, gestión de calidad o carreras afines.
Experiência laboral: 3-5 años de experiência laboral relacionada con la gestión de calidad o el control de calidad, se prefieren aquellos con experiência en gestión.
Requisitos de habilidad:
Familiarizado con los sistemas y estándares de gestión de calidad (como ISO 9001).
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, capaz de manejar problemas complejos de calidad.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con todos los níveles de empleados y clientes externos.
