**Associate Sales Executive**:

We’re looking for experienced Sales Reps to join our sales team. As an Associate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls in your respective territory to find new business through targeted campaigns.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as an **Associate Sales Executive**, you will:

- Sell TR Legal products and services to new prospects.
- Discuss the use of products, emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities
- Continuously work with management to refine sales strategy to optimize efficiency and results and initiate sales campaigns to meet sales expectations
- Learn and thoroughly understand our products and services.
- Learn and thoroughly understand our target market and prospect’s profiles
- Understand how Legal (OLI) products are used in the corporates small and medium business market to better present and sell our Legal products to meet the customers' needs
- Negotiate and close new business
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly & yearly quotas
- Ensure an accurate and timely process for maintaining customer account information and closing pricing transactions
- Maintain accurate and timely customer information with Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Technical Support groups.
- Load and manage customer and lead data in CRM tools

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of successful professional sales experience in a related environment: Business-to-business preferred // Sales to U.S.A or Canada preferred (not a MUST)
- Ability to utilize effective selling skills
- Must be driven, competitive, passionate and achievement-oriented, and motivated by success
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota target
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn technical content in nature and be able to explain and communicate value propositions in English effectively
- Effective CRM tools usage knowledge
- Effective time management skills
- Legal background preferred (not a MUST).
