**Associate Sales Executive**:

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as an **Associate Sales Executive**, you will:

- Attain sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis
- Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration
- Confer with and assist in customer-related issues as needed to maintain good customer relations
- Complete weekly sales performance reports and completely CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Drives strategic initiatives supported by an assigned account team consisting of a Sales Development Representative, Account Development Representative and Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territory
- Leverage sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles (such as utilizing Flash/EMS/Salesforce)
- Attend sales meetings and conventions as required

**About You**:
You’re a fit for the role if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
- +3 years of successful sales experience with consistent track record of quota attainment
- Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Ability to win new customers as well as cross sell/upsell existing customers
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude
- Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
- High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics

**Compensation**: Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success.
