EsquireX is organizing the legal industry’s gig workforce. Our platform is designed to connect attorneys, and soon to be attorneys, looking for work with law practices that need help on a project basis. It’s like Upwork, for law firms.

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive user acquisition & user engagement growth by identifying and targeting new clients within the legal industry
- Create, track, manage, and optimize automated lead generation systems and processes
- Initiate and refine automated outbound communication methods, carefully systematized and calibrated to correlative inbound activity
- Devise multiple synergistic client acquisition funnels, optimize efforts to drive each funnel
- Identify and remedy any funnel choke points and lags based on analytics
- Continually and rapidly hone the tools and methods employed. Split test, A/B test, rinse, repeat.
- Innovate new ideas and proactively request needed resources
- Create creative & innovative content, messaging, marketing etc. for promotional purposes
- Provide weekly progress report on goal progression; understand, calibrate, and drive metrics
- Develop and maintain partnerships with law firms, individual lawyers, and legal professionals
- Provide occasional yet exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Critical thinker and effective troubleshooter
- Self-motivated hustler with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Independent creativity to devise high performing marketing and sales funnels
- Detail oriented, organized, and crisp; after all you are selling to attorneys
- Proven track record of success in devising and managing a layered pipeline of automated sales channels, preferably within the legal or technology industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Extremely proficient with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and generating & tracking metrics from multiple parallel channels
