**About the Company**:
**What we're looking for**:
A bilingual (English & Spanish; but if you speak Russian that's a plus too) experienced Marketing and Sales Director who comes from a holistic background (BTL, activations, branding, press) yet has a deep understanding of modern paid media strategies (mostly Meta, Google, and Tiktok); you understand high-level strategy but have enough digital marketing experience that you understand all the metrics and algorithms of today's paid media platforms.

This role reports directly to the CEO, works hand-in-hand with the CFO and COO, and its direct reports are the Presidents of each of our business units. Our in-house design team creates all the designs needed for the Marketing team.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- **Drive overall marketing strategy, both online and offline, for each of our business units to hit eSIM data package sales goals on a monthly basis**:

- **Create and manage a constant testing structure for paid media campaigns, aiming to improve iteratively on each campaign's results via improved copy or assets**:

- **Manage activations and PR for a September 2023 new product launch in Mexico**:

- **Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.**:

- **Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and leading strategies to hit the company's goals**
- **Working directly with our CFO to create marketing and sales budgets and goals**
