- **CONOCIMIENTOS**:_
- 8 años en implementación, actualización y soporte (SAP _Business One y SAP Hana)._
- Controles de seguridad de acceso de usuarios para filtrar el acceso por perfil de trabajo o puesto.
- Configuración de procedimientos y formularios de autorizaciones.
- Transferencia de datos de otros sistemas de nómina y RRHH
- Implementación de aplicaciones de pago masivo de bancos comerciales.
- Configuración de usuario (SQL) de Crystal Reports.
- **ACTIVIDADES**:_
- Diseñar, construir, probar UAT, implementar y dar soporte a sistemas y soluciones SAP.
- Coordine a los usuarios empresariales con las actividades de soporte de SAP llevadas a cabo para eventos que incluyen tiempo de inactividad de mantenimiento, actualizaciones del sistema, instalaciones de software.
- Revisan el estado de todas las actividades de TI de SAP para sus áreas de módulos principales SRM/MM/FI.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz de problemas para implementar soluciones que eviten la repetición de problemas.
- Creación de registros maestros de proveedores y clientes y carga de datos heredados en el sistema.
