Executive Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Own the administrative functions for the CEO and COO: calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, gatekeeping, small event coordination, etc.
- Compile data, reports, presentations, etc. in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate Board meetings: schedule, venue, logistics, etc.
- Manage a team of offshore virtual assistants.
- Stay current on all activities/commitments of the Leadership team.
- Complete assigned special projects and ensure high-quality deliverables within established timeframes. Examples include the current Series A funding round project.
- Maintain documentation with appropriate safeguarding of confidential or proprietary information.
- Coordinate material prep for use in meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
- Be on-call at company events: Board meetings, annual meetings, holiday parties, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Strong Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets skills. Solid Excel skills. Knowledge of Asana, Salesforce, and Xero.
- Minimum 6 years experience (but we’d love more) with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, maintaining schedules, project management, virtual assistant management, planning, and coordinating events.
- Prior experience supporting Executive level.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, planning, time management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Terrific work ethic with a positive, get-it-done attitude.
- Flexibility and availability after hours for one-off requests (these are rare but do happen from time to time).
- Poised, articulate, responsive, and professional.
- A sense of humor is highly valued.
