As the Chairman’s Executive Assistant, you will provide high level support and coordination with our Executive Office Teams.

The position involves project management, including working on a wide variety of follow up, reporting and data, coordinating projects, collaborating with finance, operations, external clients, partners and family.

We are looking for an extremely organized self-starter who is trustworthy and reliable. Must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel. This is an ideal position for an admin assistant with an interest in development, skills in project management, processes, hospitality, and coordination of events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and assist in ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Reporting on project status.
- Gather data and analyze information to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Partner with internal operations staff and business development teams to launch new projects.
- Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions to ensure the successful execution of luxury residential development projects.
- Arrange and manage calendar, meetings, appointments, events, conferences, and travel.
- Organize schedule and manage agendas.
- Produce and monitor minutes. Correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 + years administrative experience.
- Advanced experience with Office; (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and adaptability, and with a strong sense of humor.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
