Nuestro **Lead Generation Jr (Entry-Level) **será responsable de:
Representar a Quinio con un alto nível de profesionalidad, amabilidad, positividad y servicio al cliente en cada interacción para desarrollar relaciones genuinas e inspirar confianza en la organización. Tener crecimiento y evolución continua en las actividades del puesto y lograr los objetivos de equipo.
**Escolaridad**: Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración de empresas, Relaciones Comerciales o afín.
**Experiência**:
- Experiência **mínima** en investigación y manejo de datos.
- Experiência **mínima** en laboral en ventas (B2C)
- Experiência deseable con CRM (Zoho preferido), Google calendar, Google drive.
**Actividades a desarrollar**:
- Búsqueda y captación de las mejores empresas de ecommerce en México y Latinoamérica.
- Desarrollo de habilidades de investigación.
- Capacitación y uso de la herramienta Zoho CRM.
- Buscar y encontrar información precisa sobre las empresas.
- Crear nuevas formas de encontrar información sobre las empresas.
- Utilizar el CRM con precisión.
- Gestionar los datos con precisión.
- Con ganas de aprender.
- Capacidad de proponer y presentar ideas y propuestas en equipo.
- Programar reuniones para presentar el modelo de negocio de Quinio.
- Cumplir con los KPI's y objetivos mensuales.
- Gestionar los prospectos y hacer el seguimiento utilizando Zoho CRM.
- Seguir los guiones y procesos aplicables.
- Primer contacto con clientes.
- Negociación/Prospección de clientes.
- Experiência en Call Center (mínima de 3 meses).
- Adaptabilidad y facilidad de palabra.
- Realizar llamadas salientes para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio.
