We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a**?**Support** Engineer Oracle EBS**

**What you’ll do**:

- Oracle Workflow Help resolve RDM/RMS incidents ensuring that the Client requirement is well understood and provide
- Frequent updates to both Client on resolution progress.
- Serve as L2 support between the Client and Data Operations Tech Operations Business Operations and Service management etc.
- Analytical acumen and solution orientation to understand or define the relevance of processing incidents resolution according to priority within parameters specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) Key Performance Indicators.

**Preferred experience**:

- Since one year of experience.
- Oracle EBS Forms Oracle Workflow Help resolve RDM/RMS.
- Profile needs Analytical/Decision.
- Intermediate English.
