**THE POSITION**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Handle escalating customer or Corporate Relocation (CR) partner escalations in conjunction with Supervisor.
- Create and assign sales leads
- Process improvement projects as provided by Supervisor or Ops. Manager
- Utilize cross-training experience to initiate process improvement.
- Provide appropriate information on all services. - Provide excellent customer service.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Ability to communicate professionally with employees & relocation partners
- Ability to build rapport with Corporate partners
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel, G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), & Zoom
- Detail-oriented multitasker with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Goal/Result-Driven
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of service within each product and explain these accurately and clearly.
- Work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment.
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
