Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst to perform a variety of clerical, coordination, and administrative activities specific to the human resources function. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and delivering employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to assigned functional areas, sites, or business units.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to assigned functional areas, sites, or business units.
  • Analyze and process additions and changes to the computerized payroll system.
  • Assist with governmental reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate and process irregular payments.
  • Manage all HRMS data transactions and data input.
  • Research and resolve issues related to HR systems and processes.
  • Provide management reporting for all HR-related systems.
  • Ensure SOX testing and documentation compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of prior administrative assistant or HR Assistant experience preferred.
  • Excellent word processing, data entry, proofreading, and follow-through skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Accurate typing, spelling, and grammar skills required.
  • Broad understanding of HR concepts and principles.
  • Skilled in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work.
  • Good customer service, verbal, and writing skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
